The transformed Shops at Riverside will be anchored by The Collection at Riverside, which will feature an elliptical concourse with two-level store fronts. Glass skylights 25 feet tall will create an open-concept atmosphere designed to complement the natural stone flooring and modern architectural details.
The Collection at Riverside will offer a customer experience that aims to rival the world’s elite hotels. An exclusive valet area will provide quick access. A concierge service will attend to guests' needs, such as package delivery and personal shopping. Guests will access the property directly from Route 4.
The upper level will feature lifestyle and home furnishings, including a mix of contemporary retail and home furnishing brands, such as Arhaus, Williams-Sonoma, Pottery Barn and Pottery Barn Kids.
Adjacent to The Collection at Riverside will be a dining and theater district facing Route 4. Two new restaurants and a café will be added to complement the seven existing restaurants. There also will be a 40,000-square-foot theater with nine screens, a wine bar and 1,040 fully reclining leather seats.
